Covered Services
What we can treat under your plan.
The following services are covered under the CDCP and many other government plans we accept. Exact coverage depends on your plan and benefit year.
Coverage amounts are set by the federal CDCP benefit grid and individual program fee schedules. We confirm your specific coverage before every treatment. Explore our general, family, and sedation dentistry services to learn more about what we offer.
CDCP Cost Breakdown
Your out-of-pocket cost under the CDCP.
| Adjusted family net income | Your co-pay |
|---|---|
| Under $70,000 | No co-pay — CDCP covers 100% of the benefit amount |
| $70,000 – $79,999 | 40% co-pay |
| $80,000 – $89,999 | 60% co-pay |
If our fee is higher than the CDCP benefit grid amount, you may pay the difference regardless of income. We will always show you the full cost before we begin — no surprises.
Provincial & Federal Plans
Other plans we accept.
Ontario Disability Support Program
Ontario residents who receive ODSP income support are eligible for dental benefits. Coverage includes basic dental services like exams, cleanings, and extractions. Bring your ODSP card and health number and we'll bill directly.
Non-Insured Health Benefits
First Nations and Inuit peoples registered with Health Canada are eligible for NIHB dental coverage. We are an NIHB dental provider and bill Health Canada directly. Coverage includes exams, cleanings, fillings, and more.
Healthy Smiles Ontario
A provincial program for low-income Ontarians, providing free, routine dental care including exams, cleanings, and fillings. Eligibility is income-based. If you already receive ODSP or Ontario Works, you may automatically qualify.
How it works.
Confirm Your Coverage
Know your program before you arrive — CDCP card from Sun Life, ODSP card, NIHB registration, or Healthy Smiles card. If you're unsure, call our front desk and we'll help you figure it out.
Book & Tell Us Your Plan
When you book, let us know which program you're using. This lets us pull your coverage details before your appointment so there are no surprises at the chair.
We Verify Before We Begin
We confirm your coverage and give you a clear estimate of any out-of-pocket costs before a single instrument is picked up. You are always in control.
We Handle the Paperwork
We bill your program directly. You pay only your share — your co-pay or any balance above the benefit grid. No confusing forms, no waiting for reimbursement.
